We had an amazing stay at tzl suites. the spacious rooms felt like true suites with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen that made our experience very convenient. the breakfast served downstairs was good, and what really made the difference was the excellent concierge service. fatine and the team were helpful, ensuring that our transport and outings were perfectly arranged, even resolving issues swiftly without any stress.

During our recent four-night stay for a much-needed getaway, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location in a vibrant neighborhood allowed us to easily explore upscale shops and good dining options. The suite was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen. The culinary offerings at the restaurant were really good, particularly the breakfast spread. the personalized service from the staff and the thoughtful touches in our room made us feel valued as guests.

Fantastic and beautiful hotel located next to Nisantasi shopping center, all the cafes, restaurant, shops and main medical facilities. Huge, big room with garden view, comfortable beds! Quiet atmosphere, variety of outstanding dishes.

My recent stay at Tzl Suites Hotel Nisantasi with my 2-month-old baby was good! The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, with easy access to Nisantasi and Taksim Square. The spacious, beautifully designed suite felt like home. The staff was accommodating, allowing us a late checkout for nap time. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice family experience!

The room was spacious and super clean. The staff were attentive, especially with my special requests. Quick room service delivered huge portions, and I loved the fresh fruit they provided as a nice touch.

TZL Suites reminded me of home . The staff, especially Fatine, showed really good care and made sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious with a fantastic entertainment system, including Netflix and Spotify. Each morning, breakfast offered plenty of choices and fresh items, setting a great tone for the day. The location is superb for shopping and exploring, just a short walk to Nisantasi center and the metro station. Some issues arose, like intermittent Wi-Fi, made working a bit tricky. The kitchen supplies in my suite were insufficient for anything beyond basic snacks. I appreciated the hospitality, but improvements in the kitchen setup would enhance the stay even more.

The cleaning service was severely lacking. I had to request multiple times for basic housekeeping to be done thoroughly. The Wi-Fi was unreliable was nice. To top it off, the breakfast menu was uninspiring and did not change at all , leading to a monotonous start to each day.
